Can I have my registration fee waived?
*Attention* If you have been approved for a fee waiver, you do not have to fill out a SOAR application form.

Fee waivers for the student fee ONLY are available for students who have
special financial needs and/or circumstances. In order to be considered for
a waiver, a FAFSA must be on file with SIUC and the family's EFC must be
ZERO. Dependents of SIUC employees who meet tuition waiver requirements may also have the student fee waived. If you would like to be considered for a fee waiver, please click here.

What if I want to change my SOAR date?
All requests to change a confirmed SOAR date must be received at least 5 days in advance of the program you wish to attend. Please complete the Change of Date Request Form.

What if I need to cancel my SOAR date?
Please complete the Cancellation Form.
Please Note: The program registration payment is non-refundable.
