Why did you choose SIUC? I chose SIUC not only because they have a gret Communications department here, but also the hospitality I got from everyone when I visited SIUC. I felt like SIUC was a place I could call my home.
Advice to new students: Do your best to network around campus, especially with your teachers. The more networking you do, the easier it is to get recommendations for internships and jobs.
